Constructor notes: My first published collaboration with Michael Blake (see notes on Mon 11/26/2007). PICKOFTHELITTER 15 was the genesis. PACKOFLIES was the later genesis of an idea with Joon Pahk to do a "six pack" puzzle, that actually had SEVEN theme answers to include the reveal, but it ran in the LA Times.
